I believe in karma. So I guess after all those times I’ve carelessly spit gum on the floor, karma finally got me. Today I picked up my fat Art History book from beside my desk to find a giant wad of gum stuck to the bottom, gluing half the pages of my book together. I’ve scraped as much as I can off, but strings of gum continue to trail from pages when i turn them. Placing gum in trash cans from now on.
